J&W Mobile Detailing is hiring a Car Detailing Technician to join our team. If you take pride in doing things right, love working with your hands, and want a job where you can actually see the results of your work every single day, this is for you.
No two days look the same — one minute you're bringing a daily driver back to life, the next you're making a weekend project car look showroom-ready. We'll teach you the techniques; you bring the work ethic and attention to detail.
This is full-time work with real pay, real tips, and real room to grow.
What You'll Do:
- Wash, clay, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to a high-quality finish.
- Deep clean interiors — vacuuming, shampooing, leather conditioning, stain and odor removal.
- Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, and paint protection products.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to make sure every detail is dialed in.
- Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommend services.
- Work as part of a team to keep jobs moving efficiently without cutting corners.
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience in auto detailing, car washing, or a similar hands-on role is a plus — but attitude matters more than resume.
- A genuine interest in cars and doing quality work.
- Reliable, on time, and ready to put in the effort.
- Able to stand, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment.
- Valid driver's license preferred (you may need to move customer vehicles).
- Team player who takes feedback well and wants to keep improving.
- 18+ years old.
No certification required — we provide paid training and will teach you our process from day one.
